Also, you should be sure that the rest you are getting at night is good rest. Make sure that you are sleeping somewhere that is comfortable for you to sleep in, and is a good temperature. Don’t wear clothing that is tight fitting or of a material that is difficult to sleep in. you should be sure that you are also going to sleep at a proper time, and allowing yourself enough time to sleep so that you are fully rested.

Another important aspect for the cycle of sleeping and waking is to make sure that you get on a schedule and stick to it. By sleeping at the same time each night, and getting up at the same time every day, you are allowing your body to fall into a natural rhythm, which is very beneficial for your life in general.
